I have always been drawn to the questions that lie beneath the surface of events: why societies rise and fall, how power shapes the world, and how people make decisions when the future is uncertain.

My studies in finance and political science have given me two ways of looking at the world. Namely, through the language of markets and the language of states. I am particularly fascinated by their intersections where economics becomes politics, where crises reveal character, and where history quietly shapes the choices of the present.
